Placing an order
The order can be placed through the basket on the website (24 hours a day) or by calling one of the phone numbers (during working hours) specified in the contacts section
Procedure for processing and delivering orders After receiving the order, the manager contacts the client to clarify the information about the order (price , product availability, payment and delivery form).
After all conditions have been agreed with the buyer, the goods are sent via carriers or reserved for self-pickup by the buyer.
Delivery: TO CARRIERS' WAREHOUSES (IN UKRAINE). We guarantee the shipment of goods to customers in the regions on the day of receiving the order, provided that the goods are in stock.
Shipment of goods in Ukraine is carried out by the following companies:
• "Nova Poshta",
• "Delivery",
• "SAT".
The cost of delivery is based on carrier tariffs. COURIER TO THE DOOR In several areas, orders are delivered by the store's courier service.
The cost of delivery must be clarified with the manager. Self-pickup is free. After receiving the order, the product is reserved for 3 days. For during this time you can pick up your purchase yourself.
